hey man i know how you feel, i used to be just like you cept i live in washington state. what you need to do is keep on skating and if you get pretty good you'll start getting noticed.
thats what i did and i got offered a pro contract from element last year when i was 14 and now all the girls are crawling all over me and the cool part is im not even that good looking.
also hang out with her and her friends with a friend or to. when you think the time is right ask her out
