I had to read this twice.
At first glance it seemed really weird.
Get away from the fact this guy seems slightly twisted, the core issue is that he is in lust, or possibly in love with his employer. No big deal, not an unusual scenario.
Domination its self is fairly widely excepted these days too.
Ok, so what’s the issue ?
This guy finds his boss attractive and wants to be dominated by her.
Cool....
He feels his boss reciprocates but her moral professional code inhibits her from entertaining the idea.
He wants to find a way to bring it out into the open with her so they can discuss it.
There’s nothing actually too wild here.
Id say try "running into her" somewhere away from work. Its risky, but you already said it was worth your job, and at least its not back handed.
