Hey, i've been at my job 3 months and i'm really attracted to this one woman. I'm 21 and i'm a good looking guy i'm 6'3 and played sports in college so i have the physical attributes. I'm guessing she's between 40-45 and she is attractive. She has a black belt in karate and is very into going to the gym. She doesn't wear any rings on her fingers and she is always nice to me when we do run into each other. I want to know the best way about approaching her to develop some kind of relationship and ultimately being her younger male hook-up?

GFS:
Boy this is out of my area of expertise but I do know some older women and they get excited when they talk about having a younger boyfriend.

Older women are more confident about things but she may be a little insecure about her body as compared to a buff 21 year old so you might want to give her some compliments on her appearance. Other than that, I think the standard things might work. She might be a little freaked out at first but curious too. Just don't play any games...
